PURPOSE:To join a core chip to a slider body with a high precision by using an adhesive for temporary sticking and an adhesive for permanent sticking. CONSTITUTION:A proper amount of an adhesive which is momently hardened for adhesion at a normal temperature and is completely decomposed at 550 deg.C is flowed to a gap between a slider body 1 and a junction member 4 of a core chip 3 and is used as an adhesive 6 for temporary sticking. Since the slider body 1 and the core chip 3 are momently adhered to each other at this time, the position of the core chip 3 to the slider body 1 is not changed. An adhesive 8 for permanent sticking which is not decomposed to keep the adhesive strength even at a high temperature is flowed to the gap between a projecting part 7 of the slider body 1 and the core chip 3 and is hardened at 150 deg.C. Said adhesive 6 is heated at 500 deg.C by an electric furnace and is removed by complete thermal decomposition, and the junction member 4 is fused by heating at 600 deg.C in the electric furnace to join the slider body 1 and the core chip 3 by the junction member 4. Thus, the core chip 3 is joined into the core insertion groove of the slider body 1 with a high precision. |
