PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility of the setting and control of opening angle and speed of a mold, to simplify the mechanism and to reduce the size of the title apparatus having a pair of oppositely rotating driving shafts, by using a servo motor in place of a cylinder as a driving means. CONSTITUTION:The driving shafts 11, 12 of the rotary mechanism 20 for the driving shaft of a mold-opening and closing apparatus are spline shafts. The shaft 11 is provided with a horizontal fan-shaped 1st working member 30 and the tip end of the circular part is provided with an engaging part 31 having plural engaging pieces 32. A fan-shaped member 33 is integrally formed at the lower part of the working member 30 and the tip end of the circular part of the member 33 is provided with a gear part 34. The shaft 12 is provided with a member 35 similar to the member 33 and the gear part 36 of the member 35 is engaged with the gear part 34. A cylindrical cam 40 is provided with a spiral protrusion 41 engaging with engaging piece 32 and is connected with the output shaft of a servo motor 43. Accordingly, the operation of the member 30 is controlled by controlling the rotation of the motor 43 and the shafts 11, 12 are rotated to enable arbitrary and flexible opening and closing of the mold of the mold-opening and closing part. It is not necessary to use many valve mechanism and mechanical parts such as drain cock. |
