PURPOSE:To coat facing agent without dipping in the facing agent solution and to prevent the breakage by coating the powdery facing on surface of adhesive agent after uniformly applying the adhesive agent on the whole surface of the lost foam pattern. CONSTITUTION:The lost foam pattern 1 is held at almost center part of a vessel 3 and the adhesive agent is injected from spray nozzles 4, 4 toward the lost foam pattern 1 to uniformly apply the adhesive agent on the whole surface of the lost foam pattern 1. Successively, the powdery facing agent is sprayed on the whole surface of the lost foam pattern by a facing agent supply means 5 to form coating layer of the facing agent on the whole surface of the lost foam pattern 1. Therefore, fault, such as the breakage of the gate 1c in the lost foam pattern 1 caused by dipping does not occur and the coating layer of the facing agent can be formed. |
