摘要

PURPOSE:To improve an editing processing without generating the deterioration of a picture quality even for any information by selecting the output of a binarization means or a multi-level means with a selecting means and supplying it to a display means. CONSTITUTION:The picture information from an image bus 20 is inputted to a binary expanding/shrinking circuit 23a and the multi-level expanding/shrinking circuit 23b of an expanding/shrinking circuit 23 and subjected to binarization and multi-level processings respectively. These processing outputs are supplied to a selector 23c. The selector 23c selects the picture information processed by the binary expanding/shrinking circuit 23a or the multi-level expanding/ shrinking circuit 23b in accordance with the selecting information from a CPU and sends it to the image bus 20.
