PURPOSE:To obtain the titled rotary device in compact structure with high precision and permit cost cut by forming a dynamic pressure bearing which supports a rotary body in rotatable manners between the rotor and stator of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 is arranged in the lower space of a casing 1, and a polyhedral mirror 3 is arranged in the upper space. A rotary shaft 4 is arranged at the axis center position of the casing 1, and the rotor 5 of the motor 2 is fixed on the outer periphery of the lower part of the rotary shaft 4. A stator 6 is fixed on the inner periphery of the lower space of the casing 1, opposed to the rotor 5. The hard chrome-plated layers 10 and 11 are formed between the outer periphery of the rotor 5 and the inner periphery of the stator 6. A dynamic pressure air bearing 13 is constituted between the hard chrome- plated layers 10 and 11. Therefore, the titled rotary device can be made compact with high precision, and cost cut is permitted. |
