It consists of an electric circuit powdered by a six-volt battery 1 connected to a tape recorder 2 with a loudspeaker 3. The tape recorder contains an endless loop cassette on which is recorded a message reminding of the necessity of fastening one's seatbelt. When the driver releases the handbrake, the message is broadcast (emitted) for as long as he has not fastened his seatbelt.
