PURPOSE:To reduce the battery consumption of a radio slave machine attached to the automatic gauge examination meter side in the automatic gauge examination system of the radio start system. CONSTITUTION:A strong radio wave reception circuit 14 capable of always receiving a radio wave is built in a radio slave machine 12 on the side of an automatic gauge examination meter 15, and the gauge examination start radio wave transmitted from a gauge examination center 1 is temporarily received by the circuit 14 to start a weak radio circuit 13 of the radio slave machine 12. Since the power consumption of the strong radio wave reception circuit 14 is low and the weak radio circuit 13 of high power consumption is turned off except at the time of gauge examination, the battery consumption is low. Thus, the radio slave machine 12 on the automatic gauge examination meter side can function for a long term without replacing the battery. |
