EXAMPLE:1-Methoxy-3-[N-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-L-alanyloxy]-indole. USE:A reagent for detecting esterase or protease (e. g., leukocyte). PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II is condensed with a compound shown by formula III (Z is OH, halogen, alkoxycarboxy or imidazole) to give a compound shown by formula I.</p> |
