<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title product, having improved abrasion, creep resistance and modulus of elasticity and useful as fluororesin printed circuit boards, etc., without deteriorating insulation resistance, by pretreating a glass fiber product with a specific perfluoroalkylsilane. CONSTITUTION:The aimed product obtained by pretreating a glass fiber product with a perfluoroalkylsilane expressed by the formula CF3-CH2-CH2-SiX3 (X is hydrolyzable group, such as 1-4C alkoxy). Furthermore, glass cloth, glass tape, glass filament, glass mat, glass paper or glass powder is preferably used as the glass fiber product.</p> |
