<p>PURPOSE:To improve the manufacturing yield and to improve an opening ratio by eliminating the crossing part of wiring. CONSTITUTION:A MOSFET 12 is provided for every respective pixel arranged on a substrate 11 in matrix, and the gate electrodes of respective MOSFETs are connected to scanning signal lines 13 common to respective pixels in the horizontal direction of a screen, and the source electrodes are connected to a common electrode 17 formed in parall to the scanning signal lines 13. Further, the common electrodes 17 are connected to each other at the outside of the screen. Then, the drain electrodes are connected to respective pixel electrodes 15, and video signal lines 14 consist of transparent electrodes formed in the direction perpendicular to the scanning signal lines 13 on the positions opposed to respective pixel electrodes 15 with a liquid crystal layer 16 between, and capacitors are formed between the transparent electrodes and respective pixel electrodes 15. Further, they are hold between the substrate 11 and a transparent substrate 18.</p> |
