<p>A magnetic head comprises a main core (41) made of sendust material and a pair of reinforcing cores (45) for holding the main core so that the main core is sandwiched between the pair of reinforcing cores, in which the main core is adhered to the pair of reinforcing cores by glass material through transition metal layers (48) formed on both sides of the main core. The main core is comprised of a pair of core halves (41a, 41b) having their respective transition metal layers formed on their contacting surfaces, the pair of core halves with transition metal layers (25) being adhered to each other by glass material (29).</p> |
