PURPOSE:To carry out the above primary drying with a facility of small scale at reduced running cost in such a way that the drying chamber is so constructed as to be double-chamber structure and table(s) is(are) put in the inner primary treatment chamber followed by circulating dry air with a forced blowing fan throughout the drying chamber. CONSTITUTION:The drying chamber 1 is so constructed as to be mutually independent double-chamber structure of small scale, and the inner primary treatment chamber 2 is provided with one or two tables 12. A dry air at temperature of 20-25 deg.C and relative humidities of ca. 65% is circulated,with a forced blowing fan 5, throughout the drying chamber using both air conditioner 4 and dehumidifier 3 installed in said chamber 1. The above primary drying process ensures fine noodles with the water content of ca. 36wt.% to be made into those with the water content of ca. 27wt.% for a drying time of about 20min. |
