PURPOSE:To sufficiently suppress higher and lower harmonic wave components by forming the phase coils of non-integer groove polyphase AC armature coils of two sets of coil-groups having different number of turns, suitably disposing them, thereby symmetrically generating the synthesized voltage in each phase. CONSTITUTION:The coils of two phases are respectively formed of two sets of coil groups having equal turn ratio and different number of turns with the number q of grooves in each phase and each pole of q=A+C/B, where A, B, C represent integer numbers, and C/B represents irreducible fraction and with non-integer groove polyphase AC armature coils of B=3. The coils of the remaining phase are formed of two sets of coil groups having different turn ratio and different number of turns from the coils of the previous two phases, and the coils having different windings are disposed in suitable slots so that the synthesized induced voltages eu', ev', ew' of the respective phases are disposed at a phase difference of 120 deg. with the same size. Thus, higher and lower harmonic wave components causing the decrease in the characteristics can be sufficiently suppressed. |
