PURPOSE: To improve the cooling effect of an engine by providing a folding part in a cover member within the backward gap range, folding this part in the non-operation position of an air guiding device and extending the same in an operation position in an automobile having the engine and the air guiding device on the rear side. CONSTITUTION: A cover 22 closes a rear gap range 20 generated between a guiding device 4 and a car body 2 in an operation position where the air guiding device 4 is protruded, and a gap range 21 extended in the vertical direction in the outside of a side part. This cover 22 is composed of parts 24 and 25 connected by a clip 26, and the part 25 is composed of folding parts 31 and 32 by being step-fixed on the horizontal tube 29 of an adjusting device from the rear side. When the air guiding device 4 is located in a non-operation position, the folding parts 31 and 32 are folded, and extended in a operation position shown in Fig. Thus, the cooling effect of an engine is improved and the suction of exhaust gas is prevented.
