PURPOSE: To stably fix a noise filter in a case and to enable a harness to be easily assembled by a method wherein a partitioning plate equipped with a core positioning part is provided to the inner surface of a case, and another partitioning plate which positions both ends of a coil is provided to the inner surface of another case. CONSTITUTION: A core 12 is inserted into the hole of a coil 13 for the formation of a noise filter 14. The noise filter 14 and a connection terminal 15 are assembled into a harness 11 of integral structure, and the harness 11 is housed in the case 16b of a previously formed case 16. Then, the other case 16a of the case 16 is bent at a hinge so as to be engaged with the case 16b. When the case 16a is bent, the lateral end faces of the core 12 are positioned between the partitioning plates 21 as guided by the slanting planes 21a of the partitioning plates 21 of the case 16a, and the core 12 is fixed between the partitioning plates 21. The coil 13 is positioned by the recess 23a of the partitioning plates 23 and the like and prevented from moving. |
