摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To contrive low-temperature properties while holding excellent capacity of fluororubber, by a method wherein an unvulcanized compound obtained by containing a metallic oxide into the fluororubber and that obtained by containing specified phosphonium into epichlorohydrin rubber are vulcanized by bringing them into contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized compound obtained by containing a metallic oxide into fluororubber and that obtained by containing phosphonium salt into epichlorohydrin rubber as shown by a formula are vulcanized by bringing them into contact with each other. The above-mentioned fluororubber is a copolymer rubber of polymer rubber of a fluorine containing unsaturated monomer or its monomer and the other copolymerizable monomer. MgO is preferable especially as a metallic oxide to be used as an ingredient of vulcanizing series of the fluororubber and its consumption is 1-30pts.wt. per 100 fluororubber. Then phosphonium salt is selected out of chemical compounds shown by the general formula. In the formula, R1-R4 represent 1-20C hydrocarbon residues and even primary - tertiary amino group or fluoroalkyl group may be good for those up to three pieces out of the R1-R4. R5 is 1-20H or 1-20C alkyl group.</p>
