PURPOSE: To install a tightening member easily and adaptively to an edge web of a mold form panel by forming the tightening member of a tightening member and an operating member to fix the tightening member to the edge web by pressing the tightening member against the edge web. CONSTITUTION: Two tightening members 4 are formed as curved pieces and guided inside a circular easing 6. The easing 6 has a radial notch 8 engaged with an edge web 3 to which a mold form panel is to be connected, and the curved pieces are projected on an impact surface 5 from a guide of the casing 6 and inside the notch 8. Then an expanding device for pressing an end part 9 of the tightening member on the opposite side of the impact surface 5 of the tightening member 4 so that they are apart from each other is installed on the side opposite to the notch 8 of the casing 6. |
