PURPOSE:To realize an accurate, high-reliability outward appearance inspecting method by processing input data of an inspection point when it is fed back in the direction of an image shift due to the ambient temperature of a camera. CONSTITUTION:At the time of teaching, the position of a reference mark 15 on a screen is found as X and Y coordinates and teaching points of respective inspection points 13... are found as (x) and (y) coordinates and stored in a personal computer. A test work 12 to be inspected and a mark 15 are displayed on a CRT 16 at the ambient temperature of the TV camera 14, the position of the mark 15 is found as coordinates, and the quantity of a shift from the X and Y coordinates at the time of teaching is calculated. Then this position shift quantity is fed back in the shift direction to correct the deviation of an inspection frame 17 at a time, and processing is performed even after that. Consequently, even if the points 13... shift out of the inspection frame with the temperature, the inspection frame is displaced at a time to perform the accurate inspection even in case of an image shift with the temperature. |
