PURPOSE: To efficiently transmit information by inputting required information to an IC card beforehand. CONSTITUTION: An input key 15, a display element 17 and an element 18 for supplying power to them are incorporated in the IC card and an IC card owner writes the information desired to be inputted to an automatic cash handling device to the IC card beforehand by a prescribed procedure while confirming it by the display element 17 through the input key 15 of the IC card. Thus, just by inserting the IC card with an input function to the IC card reader-writer of the automatic cash handling devices 201-20N, without operating the IC card reader-writer, a user makes the automatic cash handling device perform an information processing corresponding to input information written inside the IC card with the input function. |
