PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the ultrasonic diagnostic device by providing ultrasonic wave vibrators and a delay means having taps where signals which differ in delay quantity are led out and supplying a transmission timing pulse signal to the ultrasonic wave vibrators. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic delay line group 19 is driven with the transmission timing pulse signal 101 sent out of a DSC 31. Then a 50ns delay transmission timing pulse signal 105 sent out of the line group 19 is led to a waveform shaping circuit 14 with a gate and inputted to the line group 19 again through an AND circuit 20 and an electromagnetic delay line driving circuit 21. A gate signal 111, on the other hand, puts the circuit 25 in operation with the signal 101 for 0-250ns. Then one counter circuit 22, latch circuit 24, and analog switch 23 each are provided for each system and a delay transmission timing pulse signal 104 which is set with delay setting signals 108 and 109 is sent out to a transmitter 34 and a probe 35. |
