The subject matter of the invention enables access from above to damage points which can otherwise not be reached and are inaccessible by personnel, for example after accidents in nuclear and chemical installations (systems) or irradiated and/or contaminated regions. It is unmanned and is technically designed such that continuous observation of a hazard source and combating it are possible from a safe distance. Self-sacrificing operations by helicopter crews, such as during the Chernobyl disaster, are in consequence unnecessary. The military applicability of the subject matter of the application is characterised particularly in that, inter alia, it allows continuous observation and monitoring of a region, in real time, from a suitable range.
