<p>PURPOSE:To impregnate a rubber material to the narrow part in a substrate cloth and strengthen the bonding of both, by shaping a press chamber between a carpet and the mold face opposing to it, sending a high pressure air from outside and expanding it by the heat of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A mat body 1 shapes the antiskid treated layer 4 due to a vulcanized rubber sheet on the surface of the carpet material 3 of which the surface is filled with a pile 2. The frame plate 5 which is shaped at the periperal edge of the mat body 1 is integrated with the mat body 1 usually by the same material as the antiskid treated layer 4. That is, an unvulcanized rubber sheet is joined to the carpet material 3 and it is enclosed in the pressure chamber 7 which is shaped in the mold 6 corresponding to the carpet material 3, then a heat and pressure vulcanization molding is done by sending a high pressure air into the pressure chamber 7 from outside. The air inside the pressure chamber 7 is expanded, the substrate cloth of the carpet material 3 is pushed by a softened rubber material and is impregnated enough with the rubber material till its narrow part and the bonding of both is strengthened.</p> |
