PURPOSE:To improve workability in manufacturing a moulded matter by applying mixed powders of metal powders marked in extendability and sintering for composing superconductive material after moulding work. CONSTITUTION:At least one of metal elements to compose oxide superconductive material is used as metal powders. Instead of powders of cupric oxide which has conventionally been used, powders of copper having a high, or mixed powders with powders of yttrium added to them are used for composing powders. Plastic works such as hot extrusion II, rolling IV, drawing V, forming work VI, etc., are applied to these mixed powders, and sintering is then performed. By thus mixing metal powders in the mixed powders, the mixed powders are given with extendability as a whole, and workability is improved. |
