发明名称 MAGNETIC SWITCHGEAR
摘要 PURPOSE:To pass and interrupt the line of magnetic force of a permanent magnet, etc., economically and positively by mounting a pressure generating section onto a superconductor plate in a magnetic switchgear using a superconductor, etc., and remotely controlling the blocking and passage of the line of magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:An MgO thin-films 20 in thickness of several mum is grown on a Y- Ba-Cu-O superconductor plate 10, which takes a square of approximately 2cm and has thickness of 1-2mm and a transition temperature of which is a liquid nitrogen temperature, through different kinds of epitaxial methods, etc., and a BaTiO3 thin-film 30 in thickness of several hundred mum is grown onto the thin-film 20 through different kinds of the epitaxial methods, etc. An electrode 40 is set up onto the BaTiO3 thin-film 30 and an electrode 50 onto the side face of a superconductor plate 10, and these thin-films, superconductor plate and electrodes are introduced into a non-magnetic case 60. The case 60 has size and structure in which it is pressed down from upper and lower sections so that the strain force of a piezoelectric element is applied effectively to the superconductor plate 10 when voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element and the element is deformed. The case 60 is filled with liquid nitrogen. A power supply 3 and a switch 2 are fitted on the outside, thus constituting a magnetic switchgear.
