PURPOSE:To easily prepare presentation materials which can easily understood based on document structure to be grasped from document data by developing the document data based on designated presentation format information and outputting the data as the presentation materials. CONSTITUTION:Based on the document structure to designate the user of the input document data or the document structure to be analyzed in a logical structure analyzing part 4, etc., a rule from a presentation shaping dictionary 6 is adapted to determine the format such as the allocation of a document, a frame line, the type of the decorative element of an illustration, etc. Then, the document data are developed with the format to be determined by the rule and the presentation materials are prepared. Thus, the presentation materials are automatically prepared with the determined format for the user simply by executing the input of the document data and the designation of the document structure as needed. Thus, the user is prevented from changing a burden and moreover, the obtained presentation materials are in a form to be easily observed with a number of the decorative elements. |
