PURPOSE:To make it possible to specify a position in case of forming a contoured image by providing a contour mode control means for controlling the actuation and non-actuation of a contour mode copying means corresponding to the input of setting a position in an axial direction if an editing position is set at the time of selecting a contour mode. CONSTITUTION:By pushing a contour mode selecting key 261, the contour mode is selected and an indicator 262 is lighted. In case of specifying the actuation area of the contour mode, an X coordinate is specified by using keys 284 and 285 for editing since it is specified only in a direction perpendicular to a paper passing direction. In such a case, whether or not a contour unit is actuated from the leading edge of an image to a set position is specified with an on key 263. And if the area 310 on the upper surface of an editor 300 is pushed with a pen 320, only X coordinate is transmitted to a CPU 100. Thus, the fine setting of the position can be possible as compared with the setting of the position by editing the image on an operation panel 200 and also many set positions can be specified. |
