PURPOSE:To speedily rescue a crew in a vehicle from the vehicle in which an emergency is generated, with a rescueman by transmitting vehicle position data to a base station, after that, receiving the operating signal ot a loading equipment to be transmitted from the base station and driving the loading equipment based on this operating signal. CONSTITUTION:In a vehicle position detecting means 1, a vehicle position at each time is computed and in a position storing means 2, the newest vehicle position is stored and renewed. In order to transmit the data to an external part as needed, the data are sent to a data converting means 3 and modulated and the data are transmitted through a communicating means 4 to the external part. When the emergency condition is generated, a calling means 7 receives a signal from an activating means and the calling means 7 is operated so that the prescribed base station and a line can be connected. Thus, the resoue-man can easily discover the vehicle, in which the emergency is generated, and speedily rescue the crew in the vehicle. |
