<p>PURPOSE:To prevent number of device constitution from being limited by providing an attribute number provision means, a device attribute retrieval decision means and a means or the like so as to decide the attribute of an information processing unit definitely in the system comprising plural packet networks. CONSTITUTION:The packet networks 200, 300 connected to a central information processing unit 100 have a different attribute and the attribute number is assigned to the attribute number provision means 102. The means 201 makes a call via the network 200 and when a call comes to the unit 100, the communication management means 101 acquires the opposite terminal equipment address by the incoming request and the device attribute retrieval means 103 retrieves the attribute of the unit 201 depending on the acquired address. When the retrieval is finished, the decision means 104 decides whether or not the attribute of the device 201 is usable in the network 200 based on a control table stored in the storage means 105. As a result, when it is decided to be usable, the incoming connection processing is applied. Thus, the same terminal equipment address is set to each packet network and the limit of the number of attributes of the information processing unit is relaxed.</p> |
