SUPPORT OF VERTICAL VENTILATION DRILLING CONNECTION AND DEVICE FOR ITS MOUNTING

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: relates to supporting of vertical drifts driven by drilling. Corrugated metal support with longitudinal corrugations is divided in vertical into sections which are made in the form of resilient open rings. Rigidity of side ribs of corrugations ensures elastic deformation of section in changing its diameter within limits of 10 to 30% of diameter of drilling connection. Flanges of corrugations are made perforated with holes which allow for drilling and mounting of anchors. Mounting device is represented by hole drilling machine which is provided with cage having mechanisms for safety lifting and lowering operations, and also with facilities for compressing and fixing of sections. Cage is used for mounting of support immediately after widening of bore-hole and it can be provided with container for transportation purposes and lifting and lowering operations in compression of support sections. Aforesaid embodiment of support simplifies its design and mounting and allows for less metal to be used in its manufacture. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 17 dwg
