<p>PURPOSE:To carry out inversion with small rotations by providing a rotary body for making a shape steel fall while rotating at 90 deg. onto a traveling bogie and a receiving arm which interlockedly receives and further rotates the fallen shape steel to an inverted posture, and carrying out these operation being interlocked wit the travel of the bogie. CONSTITUTION:By previously determining the angle at which a shape steel K rotatingly naturally falls by its own weight from the center of gravity of the shape steel K, a receiving arm 4 is set inclinedly. With the shape steel K being supported by the receiving arm 4, as a bogie 1 travels, a fist cam wheel 7 is brought into contact with a trapezoidal rail 24, rotating a rotary body 3 to erect the receiving arm 4. Similarly, the receiving arm 9 is also erected by the action between a rail 25 and a cam wheel 11. Hence, the shape steel K on the receiving arm 4 is invertedly supported on the arm 9. Then, the receiving arm 9 is horizontally rotated in accordance with the travel of the bogie, 180 deg. inverting the shape steel. Thereby, 180 deg. inversion can be performed through 90 deg. inversions.</p> |
