PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a lighting tool for a vehicle, which is obtained through integration of a lens and body, by a method wherein a third mold is arranged between a first and second molds, a lens part and body part are molded at a time which are confronted with each other and after separation of the molds from them prearranged spheres for joining between the lens part and body part are butted against each other and blow molding is performed by blowing air into a joined body. CONSTITUTION:A first and second molds 20, 30 are arranged at the lower part of an extruding machine 10 by facing to each other and a third mold 40 is arranged between the molds 20, 30. Then a lens part W1 and body part W2 are molded at a time by sticking the molds 20, 30 close to the mold 40 by feeding sheetlike parison 14 among molds 20, 40; 30, 40. When the molds 20, 30, for example, are clamped together by sticking them close to each other during a period of time when a molded material is in a fusable state prior to solidification, prearranged spheres S1, S2 for joining are fused to each other and the lens part W1 and body part W2 are joined to each other. Simultaneously with the above, a lighting apparatus molded body W to be obtained through integration of the lens part W1 and body part W2 through joining through air blow pressure fed within a joined body is molded. |
