The invention relates to a gardening accessory replacing, in their use, the most conventional gardening tools and avoiding having to bend down. This accessory is made up of a motor 4 and reduction gear 5 assembly contained in a casing 1 provided with handles 2 and 3 rotationally driving, at slow speed, a tool made up of a rod 11 secured to a long rectangular blade 12 ending in a tip 13. When the tool drills into the ground, the tip keeps the tool in position and the blade becomes embedded in the ground after having torn out the weeds, buries them and turns the ground over to the desired depth. <IMAGE>
