The invention relates to a household appliance. Wet cloth or dishcloth 20, constituted by wet sheets of fabric which are wound up and connected to each other in the longitudinal direction by perforated lines 30 of separation, for cleaning purposes, a container being provided for housing the roll and including a closable opening for extracting a sheet of fabric from the roll by separation at the perforated line. These lines 30 do not follow a straight line from the edges of the roll 20 and, preferably, are constituted by two straight segments making a certain angle between them.
