摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dispersion in the adhesive strength and to improve the adhesive strength by setting the gap between the housing of a lubricant fluid dynamic pressure bearing device and a sleeve to a specific range in accordance with the viscosity of the adhesive, filling the gap with the adhesive and adhesively connecting the housing and the sleeve. SOLUTION: The inner peripheral section of an inner section cylinder section 6 of a stator assembly body is coated over by a prescribed amount of adhesive and a sleeve 2, into which a rotor hub 1 is assembled, is inserted. The relationship between the viscosity of the adhesive and the adhesive gap (1/2 of the difference between the inner diameter of a housing 3 and the outer diameter of the sleeve 2) is set by an equation 7.4×logX-14<=δ<=10.2×logX-7.4 where X is the viscosity (cPs, 25 deg.C) of the adhesive andδstands for an adhesive gap (μm). Thus, the rate, with which the adhesive immediately fills in, is improved. Moreover, a beforehand computed prediction is made, the adhesive time is made stable and as the tilt of a rotor hub is reduced after an assembling process, the reliability of the spindle motor assembling work is improved.
