PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of amorphousness in the stage of high temp. by forming an amorphous material with specific metal or semimetal and high melting point polymer. CONSTITUTION:The amorphous material is formed by subjecting the metal or semimetal and high melting point polymer simultaneously to vacuum vapor deposition, etc. The metal is selected from the group consisting of the elements among 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th periods and the semimetal is selected from the group consisting of As, Se, Sb, Si, Ge, Te, Bi and Sn. These metal and semimetal can be used in the form of simple substance, alloy or compound. By this method, since the high melting point polymer is distributed into the metal or semimetal in the approached distance and they are present unitedly, the crystallization of the metal or semimetal is obstructed to form amorphism. Said material has excellent heat resistance and can therefore be used in the state of high temp. |
