PURPOSE: To provide the operation with the prevention of crimes and simultaneously to properly inform a resident of the homecoming, by comprising an ID code indicating a room number of an apartment house resident and an information card storing a specified homecoming message, and further comprising a card reader, an informing device and a car call registration device. CONSTITUTION: When a resident of an apertment house such as a little child comes back home from the outside, a card having the specific information on the resident is inserted into a card reader 1 installed on an apartment house entrance so that the card reader can read the stored information. On this information card, for example, the homecoming message such as 'Hullo, here I am!', and the ID code indicating a room number of the apartment house are recorded. The reader 1 reads the ID code, and calls an entrance interphone 4a of No. 1 room the 10-story as a call address of an aggregate interphone 3 when the card reader reads, for example, the room number 1001, that is, No. 1 room of the 10-story. Then an automatic informing device 2 is operated after a fixed time, and the homecoming message is sent to the interphone 4a.
