A considerable reduction in costs can be achieved if a blank (10, 14) consisting of concrete, cast stone or the like is covered by a plastic coating (11). The plastic coating is expediently shrunk on. It is from 8 to 12 mm in thickness and may be provided with colour and/or with markings. <IMAGE>
