<p>PURPOSE:To enable the writing of large-capacity information with a small size using a millimeter wave and a microwave, by providing a strip line to raise a no-load Q of a circuit while a double-end release type resonator is used to sharpen response of a reflected wave. CONSTITUTION:A strip conductor 2 is formed linearly at the top center of a dielectric substrate 1 with a low loss such as alumina ceramics along the length thereof. A wide-band antenna 5 is formed at one end of the conductor 2 and an earth conductor 3 is formed surrounding the other end thereof in a V shape from an intermediate part thereof. A plurality of strip line resonators 4 with resonance frequencies differing from each other are provided in a space defined by the conductors 3 and 2 facing each other so as to be perpendicular to the conductor 2. A conductor material herein used to form the conductors 2 and 3, the resonator 4 and the like is a superconductive material, a conductive material with a low resistance or the like. Thus, the whole apparatus is assembled onto the substrate 1 along with a higher no-load Q thereby achieving a sharp resonance with a coarse bondage of the resonator 4 to a reflected wave line.</p> |
