<p>PURPOSE:To soften a shock at the time of clutch connection by bringing drive side and driven side clutch plates into contact with each other by movement of a piston by driving means to drive a compressor and further firmly bringing both clutch plates into contact with each other through a piston using discharge pressure obtained by the above drive. CONSTITUTION:In case of driving a compressor, first a piston 14 is moved by driving means 15, whereby a drive side clutch plate 33 and a driven side clutch plate 34 are brought into contact with each other to drive the compressor. After that, the discharge pressure obtained by the drive of the compressor is introduced through a control valve 18 into a pressure chamber 16, so that the drive side clutch plate 33 and the driven side clutch plate 34 are further firmly brought into contact with each other through the piston 14 to further increase the discharge pressure of the compressor. In this arrangement, as the discharge pressure is introduced into the pressure chamber 16 through the control valve 18, the contact between both clutch plates 33, 34 can be controlled with arbitrary pressure so as to prevent a connection shock.</p> |
