PURPOSE: An opto-magnetic recording media is provided to enhance a regeneration signal quality and a resolution by varying a thickness of regeneration sub layors comprising multiple thin films, and to enable high densification in a blue area so that it can eliminate non-clear transfer parts generated at an outer part of a regeneration signal on the regeneration layor. CONSTITUTION: An opto-magnetic recording media comprises a 1st dielectric layor(12), the regeneration layor(13), a 2nd dielectric layor(14), a recording layor(15) and a 3rd dielectric layor(16) sequentially laminated over a base plate(11). The recording layor(15), composed of TbFeCo, records an information and transfer the recorded information to the regeneration layor at a specific temperature. The regeneration layor(13) comprises super latticed multiple thin films laminated by magnetic layors and non-magnetic layors. The layor, adjacent to the recording layor(15), among the super latticed multiple thin films has a horizontal magnetic anisotropy, and the layor adjacent to the base plate(11) has a vertical magnetic anisotropy. The non-magnetic layor of the regeneration layor(13) gets thiner toward the recording layor(15) or the magnetic layor of the reservation layor(13) gets thicker toward the recording layor(15).
