<p>PURPOSE: To determine the control amount for the adjusting stroke of a sliding sleeve correctly and enable a control device to function irrelative to sealing even at a high temperature by engaging a pin fixed to a casing in an oblique groove in the sliding sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A sliding sleeve 7 is supported between a casing 1 and a casing ring 8 and a contour ring 10 connected by a retaining pin 9. A traveling ring 13 is supported by a ceramic ball 12 on the casing ring 8. A pin 17 fitted in the contour ring 10 is engaged in an oblique groove 18 processed on the sliding sleeve 7. When the traveling ring 13 is moved in the circumferential direction, the sliding sleeve 7 is rotated by the engagement of a traveling pin 14 in a longitudinal groove 16. The fixed pin 17 is moved axially to engage with the oblique groove 18. An inlet of a spiral passage 5 is opened or closed.</p> |
