PURPOSE:To facilitate element analysis of a large-diameter sample by specifying the diameter of a holder. CONSTITUTION:This element analyzing holder device 10 consists of a shallow- bottomed cylindrical holder 11 having an insertion part 11a of a diameter exceeding 1 inch and a mounting means 14. Plural holes 12 are provided on the front face 11S of the peripheral wall of the holder 11. Standard samples 13 are embedded in the holes 12. Even the large-diameter sample can be continuously measured by mounting the same into the insertion part 11a if this device 10 is used even in the case of making the X-ray element analysis of such sample. The large-diameter sample is, therefore, analyzed with good accuracy in a short period of time. |
