PURPOSE:To form an embossed pattern having large height difference and depth, by cutting the surface material supplied from a surface material supply part into a definite length and applying the embossed pattern to the cut surface material by a press machine. CONSTITUTION:A flat surface material A is supplied to a standard length cutter 2 from a surface material supply part 1 to be cut into a predetermined length by the standard length cutter 2. The surface material A fed from the standard length cutter 2 is supplied to a press machine 4 to form an embossed pattern to said material A. This surface material is fed to a molding machine 5 to mold both side edges thereof into almost trough like cross-sectional shapes each having male and female connection parts. In an emitting part 6, a raw material of synthetic resin foam B is emitted to the trough like parts of the surface material A. Thereafter, a back surface material C is laminated to the surface material A from a back surface material feeder 7 and the synthetic resin foam B is foamed and cured by an ageing machine 8 to form a composite panel. |
