PURPOSE: A system and method for providing stocks using customers' evaluation for a product is provided so that a company can rapidly cope with customers' evaluation for a specific product and utilize the evaluation as the data for product enhancement. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses an evaluation opinion collection server(120) using his terminal(110), inputs his evaluation opinion for a specific product to his terminal(110), and transmits it to the evaluation opinion collection server(120). The evaluation opinion collection server(120) receives the user's product evaluation opinion and provides a suitable compensation to the user. In case that the user's opinion is the one that points out the product's fault or suggests a course for product improvement, the evaluation opinion collection server(120) transmits the evaluation opinion to a company server(130). The company server(130) determines a product improvement course for the product using the evaluation opinion transmitted from the evaluation opinion collection server(120) and purchases the evaluation opinion in order to make up for a flaw in the product.
