PURPOSE:To preserve a fruit vegetable such as apricot in high commercial value, keeping the original shape of the fruit and maintaining high transparency of storage syrup over a long period, by filling an arginic acid solution in a stoned fruit vegetable, contacting with an acid solution and preserving in water. CONSTITUTION:An arginate solution is filled in a stoned fruit vegetable. The fruit is made to contact with an acid solution or a polyvalent metal salt solution e.g. by immersion and preserved in water. |
