PURPOSE:To improve vibration isolating characteristic by arranging additional mass bodies composed of electrical conductive material in plural rows in parallel with extending direction of a communication path. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition where power is not conducted to conductors 58, 60, flow of fluid 34 through a space 52 caused by the inner pressure difference between a pressure receiving chamber 38 and a balance chamber 40 is induced based on a small flow resistance through facing gaps 62 of balls 56 (additional mass bodies) arranged in rows in the space 52. When an external power source is connected to the conductors 58, 60 to apply predetermined potential between facing surfaces of the balls 56, viscosity of fluid in the gap 62 increases remarkably and the balls 56 are substantially integrated with the fluid 34 in the gap 62 and flow integrally. Consequently, two vibration isolating characteristics are exhibited against shake vibration and idling vibration by forming or eliminating electric field and based on liquid column resonance. |
