PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer, with which a loss is reduced, for millimeter-wave band or microwave band, a high-efficiency radar system and communications equipment provided with the mixer. SOLUTION: On both the sides of a dielectric substrate 4, electrodes, 5, 6a and 6b are formed so that electrode opening portions 9 and 10 are made to mutually confront the dielectric substrate in-between, a circuit board 13 is configured by connecting a diode 15 over a slit portion 7 of the electrodes 6a and 6b and this circuit board 13 and a dielectric strip 3 are located between upper and lower conductor plates 1 and 2. |
