PURPOSE:To make the scattering of total dimensions smaller by a method wherein a main body part, which is formed at a main body part forming process, is cooled at a cooling process and again heated at a heating process. CONSTITUTION:A main body part 1, which serves as a design part and is made of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin, is formed at an extruding device 14 and an insert constituent body 4, which is produced by covering an insert 2 with an upper layer 3a and a lower layer 3b, is also formed by coextrusion at the extruding device 14. They are respectively cooled at cooling water tanks 15A and 15B down to normal temperature and, after that, heated again at a heating device so as to bring the main body part 1 and the constituent body 4 into molten states so as to make the main body part 1 and the constituent body 4 into an integral body by pressing against each other and further double-coated adhesive tapes 5 and 6 are pasted to the constituent body 4. Accordingly, thermal strains of the main body part 1 and of the constituent body 4, both of which are developed by forming, can be removed by reheating and the joining of the insert 2 can be done under the state that the hysteresis of synthetic resin is removed, resulting in allowing to make the expansion and contraction smaller with ambient temperature. |
