PURPOSE:To measure the removing degree of ink accurately, by sampling a prescribed quantity of raw materials of each process in an ink removal and pulp recovery system of used paper of printed matters, washing with a prescribed quantity of clear water on a netlike body, sampling a prescribed quantity of filtrate and filtering with a millipore filter paper and then, observing and analyzing the ink accumulated on this filter paper. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed quantity of raw materials in each process of an ink removal and pulp recovery system of used paper of printed matters such as newspaper, etc. is sampled at the entrance and exit of this process and the sampled raw material is washed with a fixed quantity of clear water on a 350 mesh wire net 32 and then, a fixed quantity of filtrate is filtered by a millipore filter paper 35 on a Buechner funnel. The filter paper 35 is dried and a hunter white color degree of deposited face of the ink on the dried filter paper and a degree of ink removal by an image analyzing apparatus, are measured. Hereby, the degree of the ink removal is evaluated accruately in each process and conditions of chemicals quantity, dissociation time, etc. for the pulp in order to obtain the most suitable diameter of ink particles, is made optium. |
