PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle cap holder which can seal an ink head of an ink cartridge by certainly bringing a nozzle cap into contact with the ink head of the ink cartridge in interlock with a carrier. SOLUTION: The nozzle cap holders 5C, 5B have a gap V formed between a nozzle cap holder engaging recess 32C (32B) of the nozzle cap 3C (3B) and a nozzle cap engaging part 52C (52B) of the nozzle cap holder 5C (5B).
